Thee Ricky Harris
Board of Directors, Co-Chair

Thee Ricky Harris is thrilled of their board appointment with Gender Fucked Productions. Thee Ricky is an award winning actor here in the city of Chicago winning a Black Theatre Alliance Award & a Black Excellence Award for his acting talents. Thee Ricky has also produced his own cabarets. A Cabaret Thee Ricky Harris Way, explores the world of TV show theme songs and his yearly Thee Ricky Harris Christmas Cabaret happens right before the Christmas Holiday every year. Thee Ricky was also named Newcity Players 50 of 2025 in Theater and is excited to bring his talents and skills to the GFP board.

Trix Kirkpatrick
Board of Directors, Member

Trix Kirkpatrick is a CODA (Child of Deaf Adults) born in Washington D.C. and raised in Saint Louis, MO. Trix received their A.A.S. in Deaf Communication Studies from Saint Louis Community College - Florissant Valley, and their B.A. in Theatre from Loyola University. Since 2014 they've worked with several non-profit and for-profit organizations with various missions focused on LGBTQ+ advocacy, Deaf advocacy, housing advocacy, and Zero Waste Initiatives. In April 2020, Trix officially established A Move To Remember, a queer-centric professional moving company with a social justice initiative. A Move To Remember offers packing and moving services, ensuring their services are gender-affirming, inclusive of non-traditional familial structures, and trauma-informed around the stress of moving. Outside of traditional moves, they've also partnered with housing programs to support clients' moving into permanent housing and have worked with businesses to complete large-scale projects.

Imani Board of Directors, Co-Chair

Imani grew up in Southeastern Pennsylvania and moved to the Chicagoland Area the day of the 2000 election. She studied Theater Management at Antioch College and spent a few years Stage Managing around Chicago upon arrival in the big city. She has spilled water into Quentin Crisp's lap, dodged a Janine Garofolo to the face, almost Knocked Matthew Perry down with a Starbucks door, and Gleeked onto Maya Angelou's hand with full eye-contact in a moment of soul withering embarrassment. She currently lives in the suburbs with her 2 children and 1 cat.

Adam Mitchel
Board of Directors, Treasurer

Adam Mitchel is ecstatic to be serving as board member and Treasurer for Gender Fucked Productions. He has been involved in dance since the age of 6, and he has performed in various drag shows. He is thrilled to be more involved in the Chicago queer art scene. He lives with his husband, Tadhg, with whom he has five cats: Orlo, Clover, Pippin, Smokey, and Oberon. In his spare time, he likes to write poetry, cook, crochet, and think about hobbies he doesn't have time to do.

Lauren Steinberg
Board of Directors, Secretary

Lauren Steinberg is an interdisciplinary artist and producer based in Chicago, IL. They are the Associate Producer for the LookOut Series at Steppenwolf, which presents hundreds of performances each year from Chicago artists. 

Lauren has coordinated and supervised many public events including programing at galleries, fundraisers, visiting artist lectures, film shoots, residencies, and performance festivals. Their experience working as an arts administrator has given them a deep understanding of how to coordinate supportive communal spaces that aid an artist’s vision. 

Lauren’s artistic practice explores potential fantasies and mythmaking within queer spaces. Their performance work has been shown nationally and internationally at MCA Chicago, Defibrillator Gallery, HERE Arts Center New York, Lesbiennale and Mimosa House London in addition they have performed in works by renowned artists including Taylor Mac and William Pope L.
